Holy Cross Students Win in Multiple Categories at the Brenau Invitational Mediation Tournament
College of the Holy Cross congratulates Alison Emery '23, Angelo Carbone '22 and Bridget Whelpley '21, who took home multiple prizes at the Brenau Invitational Mediation Tournament. The team won second place in both the Mediator and Advocate/Client categories. In addition, students Bridget Whelpley '21 and Angelo Carbone '22 won first place in the individual award category for best Advocate /Client Scores. Whelpley also won first place In the Individual Mediator category and was presented with the Elizabeth Baumgardner Award, which is given to the Individual student with the highest combined score in the mediator and advocate roles at this tournament.

Holy Cross' Alexander Hamilton Society Awarded 'Best New Chapter' in 2020
Less than two years after its founding, the Holy Cross chapter of the Alexander Hamilton Society won the "Best New Chapter" award. The national organization lauded the Holy Cross chapter for "cultivating a broad membership base" and "gaining a prominent place in campus life." The Alexander Hamilton Society is a non-profit, non-partisan student organization committed to principled U.S. leadership in global affairs and educating upcoming leaders about America's role in the world.

College of the Holy Cross' Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi Earns National Award
Holy Cross' Chapter Omicron Epsilon of the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society Sigma Delta Pi has been named an "Honor Chapter" for its outstanding activities in 2019-20, an award that was bestowed to only 11 out of 627 chapters nationwide in 2019. This is the 4th time since 1997 that Holy Cross has received this distinction. Co-Chapter Advisers Bridget Franco, Daniel Frost and Rodrigo Fuentes, as well as the 20 students involved in this society, were instrumental in earning this year's recognition.

College of the Holy Cross congratulates Caroline Fredericks '21, Caitlin Marple '21 and Jake Mozeleski '22, who took part in the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR) Vilnius. The team won first place in the Mediator category and placed fourth in the Advocate/Client pair category. In addition, students Caitlin Marple '21 and Jake Mozeleski '22 received first place individual awards in the Advocate/Client category, with Marple also receiving a third place individual award in the Mediator Category.
